Once notified by the injured worker, AAHP provides assistance in the preparation for meetings with WHSCC staff, employers, and health care professionals. 2. Advice and representation if necessary should any problems occur with WHSCC and/or the employer. 3. Assistance with the WHSCC Internal Review Process should any decision pertaining to a member's claim be denied by WHSCC. 4. Assistance in the preparation and representation if necessary in the Workers' Compensation Review Division appeal hearing(s) should your WHSCC internal appeal be unsuccessful. If at any time, you have a questions, need assistance/advice and/or representation in your dealing with WHSCC and your employer, contact the AAHP office.
